Method of Payment
 The method of payment varies with each participating group.  We are prepared to accommodate your organization, working out payment in the way that best suits you.  The following are ways we can work out reimbursement. 
1.  Participant pays for the screening in full.           
    a.  We collect the fee at the time of the screening, cash or check.
    b.  The organization collects the fee ahead of time for us.
    c.  If the participant’s health plan will pay for the cost of the screening (most do not), we will provide the necessary documentation to enable the participant to be reimbursed.  In special cases only, in concert with the organization,     Strokescreen.com will bill the insurance provider for the cost of the screening. 

2.  Organization pays for the screening either in full or in part.

a.  Organization pays for a portion of the screening:

   1.  We collect the employee portion at the time of the screening.

   2.  At the end of the screening, we then collect the organization’s portion, or give a bill for their portion.

     b.   Organization pays for all of the screening:
          1.  We screen the participants and then submit a bill to the organization for the cost of the screening.

How many people can you screen?

Our schedule can be adjusted to fit your needs.  We can screen about 90 people per day in eight hours.  For example, in order to meet the needs of a night shift, we will set our schedule to be available.  It has been our experience that we usually screen 25-30 percent of the employees of an organization.  If we are given the opportunity to screen spouses, we will usually screen half again as many as employees screened. 

How do you schedule screenings?

We usually only schedule screenings no more than one week at a time.  Dependent upon your needs, we may schedule more than one week if needed.  Also, more than one week may be scheduled with breaks between the weeks.

 

We have multiple locations.  Can you accomodate our needs?

It is not a problem if you desire us to travel to different locations.  Our equipment is portable; however, we try not to go up stairs because of its heavy weight.  We have worked right off the line at factories and have moved to multiple locations within the factory. Note:  After your organization has been firmly established on our schedule, a substantial lead-time will be required to make a major change in dates.  The ability for us to replace you on our calendar requires nearly 30 days.  Therefore, we are asking you to ensure your schedule within your organization before you commit to us.  On our part, we will not change our commitment to you unless it is unavoidable.  We will then reschedule at your convenience.
